CRUNCHY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 stick butter
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking soda
1 c. corn flakes
1 c. quick oats
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Combine first 8 ingredients, beat well. Add remaining dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 12 minutes.

Note: These cookies turn out better if you use old cookie sheets. (Don't use non-stick.)
