CANNED VEGETABLES 
Okra or squash or green tomato
1 gal. water
1/2 c. vinegar
4 tbsp. salt

Bring water, vinegar and salt to a boil. Add 1 gallon vegetables. Bring back to a boil while boiling. Put into jars and cover with liquid. Seal.
