CANLIS SALAD 
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. scallions, chopped
Generous amount of pepper
1/2 lb. bacon
3 c. croutons
2 heads Romaine lettuce

Combine first 5 ingredients. Marinate in jar with lid for 1 hour. Fry bacon, drain and mince. Reserve bacon grease to coat croutons. Wash and drain 2 heads Romaine lettuce. Cut with scissors in pieces. Combine everything just before serving.
