FRUIT SAUCE (CANNED) 
30 tomatoes
6 onions
6 pears
6 peaches
3 green peppers
1 red pepper
1 oz. whole mixed spices
2 tbsp. salt
4 c. white sugar
1 qt. vinegar

Peel tomatoes, pears, peaches. Cut up tomatoes, pears, peaches, onions and peppers. Tie spices in cheese cloth bag. Cook tomatoes for 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 2 to 3 hours, uncovered, stirring occasionally. Pour sauce into sterilized jar and seal.
