AUNT JEAN'S CANNED HOT PEPPERS 
8 lb. hot peppers

Cut peppers in medium size pieces. Cook 15 minutes in water. Drain.

SAUCE:

2 (14 oz.) bottles of ketchup
2 c. oil
2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar

Cook above ingredients for 15 minutes. Add drained peppers to sauce and let it come to a boil. Can in hot jars.
