CHICKEN PIE 
2 c. chicken, diced

GRAVY:

6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 c. chicken broth
2/3 c. canned milk or cream

PASTRY:

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Salt
1/4 c. Crisco
1/4 c. hot water
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. butter

Cook chicken and diced 2 cups. Put diced chicken in casserole pan and pour gravy over it, then put pastry on top. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
