COUNTRY STYLE CHICKEN KIEV 
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
2 whole chicken breasts, split
2/3 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. white wine or apple juice
1/4 c. chopped green onions
2 tbsp. parsley flakes

Combine first 6 ingredients. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter. Set remaining butter aside. Roll chicken pieces in seasoned bread crumbs. Place coated chicken in a shallow casserole, skin side up. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. To leftover melted butter, add remaining ingredients. Pour over baked chicken. Bake for another 2 to 3 minutes.
