ROSIE'S CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
4 c. cauliflower, cut up
1 c. black olives, sliced
2/3 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. pimento, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, cut up

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Mix well with blender or mixer so the oil doesn't separate.
