BROCCOLI/CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
1 can garbanzo beans
Green olives
Parmesan cheese
Italian dressing

Cut cauliflower and broccoli into bite-size pieces. Steam until tender, but not soft. Rinse with cold water to stop cooking and add beans and olives. Cool in refrigerator and add Italian dressing. Mix. Sprinkle with fresh grated Parmesan cheese before eating. Serve cold.
