CAULIFLOWER - BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
1 (10 oz.) frozen green peas, thawed
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 jar (3 oz.) bacon bits
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (1 oz.) pkg. buttermilk dressing mix

Cut cauliflower and broccoli into bite-size pieces. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and dressing; pour over vegetables. Chill. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
