CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head of cauliflower
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, uncooked
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can black olives, drained & chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing (dry)

Break cauliflower into bite size florets. Place in large bowl. Add peas, cheddar cheese, black olives and onions. Add Good Seasons dressing mix to Miracle Whip and mix well. Then add to cauliflower mixture and mix well. Best when made 10 to 12 hours before serving. Olives can be rinsed before chopping to avoid discoloration of cauliflower.
