CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 lg. head cauliflower
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
2 med. tomatoes, diced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, diced
1/2 c. pimento stuffed olives, sliced
1/2 c. Miracle Whip

Remove outer green leaves and break cauliflower into flowerets, wash thoroughly. Toss cauliflower with the remaining ingredients. Chill. Yield 10 to 12 servings.
