1 med. head cauliflower
1 med. head cabbage
1 med. onion
1 lb. bacon

DRESSING:

2 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Thoroughly mix dressing ingredients together. Cut cauliflower into bite-size pieces. Shred cabbage. Chop onion. Dice bacon. Fry bacon crisp and drain.

In large bowl, layer cauliflower; 1/4 of dressing; cabbage; 1/4 of dressing; onions; 1/4 of dressing; bacon and 1/4 of dressing. Cover bowl and chill several hours. Toss well before serving.
