RED CABBAGE AND CAULIFLOWER
SALAD
 
1 sm. head red cabbage, shredded
1 head cauliflower, broken into bite size pieces
1/2 lb. bacon, fried, drained & crumbled
1 sm. onion, diced

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare salad 1 day in advance. In serving bowl, layer cabbage, cauliflower, bacon and onion twice. Mix dressing ingredients and spread carefully over top of vegetables. Refrigerate until serving. Toss just before serving. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
