BAKED MACARONI CHEESE 
1 lb. box elbow macaroni
1 lb. Velveeta or yellow American cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
6 sm. eggs or 4 extra large
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Boil macaroni for 20 minutes. Keep stirring to keep from sticking. Rinse macaroni in cold water and drain until water is gone. Cut up cheese into small cubes. Mix everything together. Bake in a oblong pan about 14 x 5 inch, uncovered at 300 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
