BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 c. macaroni
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. (1 1/2 oz.) Kraft shredded cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk

Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Stir in 2 cups macaroni. Boil 10-12 minutes or to desired tenderness, stirring occasionally; drain. Add the rest of ingredients.

Put into 1 1/2-quart casserole; top with cheese and sprinkle small amount of parsley over the top and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
