MACARONI AND CHEESE TOMATO BAKE | |
Take leftover macaroni and cheese, add 1/2 cup diced green peppers and 1 cup diced ham and mix together with some of the juice from a can of whole tomatoes. Place in a greased casserole dish and top with split, whole tomatoes, and remaining juice. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes. Generously cover with grated sharp Cheddar cheese and bake another 15 minutes. A great way to utilize leftovers. |
