BROCCOLI QUICHE 
8 inch unbaked pie shell
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
Pkg. of chopped frozen broccoli
3 tbsp. chopped onions
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. light cream or half and half
Old Bay Seasoning
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
6 slices of bacon if desired

Either 9 inch or deep unbaked Pet-Ritz Pie Shell.

Sprinkle cheese, bacon, onion over bottom of pie shell. Beat together eggs, cream, seasoning and pepper and pour into pie shell. Sprinkle on top with Parmesan cheese.

Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
