MUSTARD RING HOT! 
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine above. 1 c. vinegar 1/2 c. water 1 c. cream, whipped

Soak gelatin in the 1/2 cup cold water for 15 minutes. Put everything but cream in double boiler and cook until it coats a spoon. Cool until almost set. Fold in whipped cream. Place in greased mold and chill. Serve mold surrounded by sweet-sour cabbage.
