FAYE'S HOT PEPPERS 
1 gallon hot peppers, cut into rings
2 tbsp. oregano
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. salt

Layer hot peppers in a large container. Sprinkle salt, garlic and oregano over peppers. Pour vinegar over half of peppers. Soak for 24 hours, stirring once or twice. 1/3 c. oil 1 c. sugar

Boil vinegar, oil, and sugar together. Put peppers in jar and pour hot vinegar mixture over peppers. Seal jars.
