GARLIC-HOT PEPPER VINEGAR
2 c. white vinegar
2 lg. garlic cloves, peeled
1-2 fresh cayenne, jalapeno or other hot peppers

In a small stainless steel saucepan, heat vinegar to boiling. Meanwhile, thread garlic and hot pepper on wooden skewer. Place in clean pint jar. Carefully pour hot vinegar into jar.
