SHRIMP ON RICE 
3 tbsp. bacon fat
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. sherry
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
2 c. cooked shrimp
1 c. rice, cooked

Saute onion in bacon fat, add soup and sherry. Mix well. Add mushrooms and shrimp and heat thoroughly. Serve over rice. Serves 6 to 8.
