COOKIE PUDDING PARFAIT 
1 env. (four 1/2 cup servings) reduced-calorie chocolate pudding mix
2 c. skim milk
4 sm. chocolate chip cookies (2 oz.)
1/2 c. frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed

Prepare reduced-calorie pudding according to package directions, using the 2 cups skim milk. Break cookies into small pieces. Mix cookies with the whipped topping.

Using four 4 ounce dessert glasses, place 1/4 cup of pudding into each. Place 1/4 of whipped topping and cookie mixture on top of pudding, top each with 1/4 cup of the remaining pudding. Chill 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
