TACO SALAD 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of hot pepper sauce
1 head lettuce
2 lg. tomatoes, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion, preferably green
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 bag nacho cheese tortilla chips, broken
1 lg. bottle Catalina French dressing

Brown ground beef. Add chili powder, sauce, salt and drained kidney beans. Heat. Toss above with shredded lettuce, salad ingredients, cheese and chips. Add bottle of dressing right before serving.
