SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE | |
2 cans mashed sweet potatoes 1/2 stick butter 1 c. light brown sugar 1/2 bag mini marshmallows 1 tsp. cinnamon Melt butter, brown sugar, marshmallows and cinnamon together. Mix this mixture with the mashed potatoes and beat until creamy (add raisins, if desired). Pour into a baking dish, top with remainder of marshmallows and brown in oven. ALTERNATE TOPPING: 1 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. melted butter 1 c. chopped pecans 1/4 c. flour Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
