1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can Hunts Mexican Manwich sauce, divided
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Lightly mix first 6 ingredients with 1/2 cup Manwich sauce. Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Drain excess fat; mix mustard and remaining Manwich sauce. Pour over loaf. Bake an additional 35 minutes, basting several times. Let stand approximately 15 minutes and serve. Serves 6.
