ONE DISH POTATO SALAD 
4 strips bacon, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 c. sliced celery
1 1/2 lb. med. potatoes, pared and sliced
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. snipped parsley

Place bacon in 2 quart dish and microwave on high power 3 minutes. Add onion and celery and microwave 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, reserving parsley. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high power 25 to 27 minutes, stirring once, until potatoes are tender. Stir in 1/4 cup parsley; garnish with remainder. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
