1 lb. hamburger 1 fine chopped onion 1 whole egg 1 c. milk 1 c. crushed crackers 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. salt Mix well. Roll into small balls. Drop into boiling broth made of: 1 can water 1 pkg. au jus Pour over boiled noodles. Au jus may be found in spaghetti counter. |
