BROCCOLI AND BUTTER BEAN
CASSEROLE
 
Vegetable Mixture:

10 oz. (1 pkg.) baby lima beans (frozen)
10 oz. (1 pkg.) broccoli, chopped (frozen)
8 oz. (1 tub) sour cream
1 1/4 oz. (1 pkg.) onion soup mix, instant
8 oz. (1 can) water chestnuts, sliced (5 oz. when drained)
10 oz. (1 can) soup, cream of mushroom

Cook lima beans and broccoli according to directions on packages. Drain and mix with rest of ingredients.

Place in lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.

Topping:

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
2 c. bread crumbs

Mix ingredients together. Sprinkle over top of vegetable mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes (or until bubbly).
