CRULLERS 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. butter
1 c. flour
Dash of salt
Sugar

Combine cream cheese and butter; mix well. Add flour and salt; mix well. Shape dough into ball; chill 1 hour. On lightly floured surface, roll dough to 12 x 6 inch rectangle. Cut dough into 24 1/2 inch strips. Fry in deep hot oil until golden brown, turning once using tongs. Drain on paper towels. Roll in sugar. Makes 2 dozen.
