CRULLERS OR "PIG EARS" 
Beat:

Add: 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. milk or cream

Add enough flour to make a stiff dough like noodles. Roll thin; cut in 2 inch square. Heat deep fat, stretch each piece with fingers, roll all the dough out and fry quickly. Drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
