BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
40 oz. chopped broccoli, frozen, cooked and drained
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 med. onion, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. real mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip!)
2 c. herb stuffing mix, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Blend 3 beaten eggs, 2 cans soup, onions and mayonnaise. Add to cooked broccoli. Turn into 9 by 13 inch pan. Sprinkle generously with the shredded cheese. Toss crushed herb stuffing with 1/4 cup melted butter, then sprinkle over broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
