TURKEY-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. broccoli, thawed
3 1/2 to 4 c. turkey or chicken, cooked
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese or 1 can cream of cheddar soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained

Place thawed broccoli in a well-greased 9x13 inch pan. Cut meat into large cubes and spread over broccoli. Combine soup, cheese, and Miracle Whip in medium saucepan. Cook until smooth. Sprinkle water chestnuts on top of broccoli and pour soup mixture over top. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

May be topped with canned onion rings during last few minutes of baking. Can be put together ahead of time and kept in refrigerator. Serves 8-10.
