TURKEY PIE 
2 c. cubed cooked turkey or chicken
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. sliced celery
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cooked cut green beans
Pastry for 1 crust pie
Milk

Toss turkey with flour. In saucepan, cook carrots, onions and celery with thyme and pepper in butter until tender. Stir in soup, turkey mixture and green beans. Pour into 9 inch pastry lined pie pan. Roll out remaining pastry; cut into 1/2 inch wide strips. Crisscross strips over filling to form lattice top. Brush pastry with milk. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
