TURKEY POT PIE 
1 1/2-2 c. leftover turkey (may substitute chicken)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 ready made pie crusts (found in dairy case)

Mix first 3 ingredients in bowl. Prepare pie crusts in pie plate as directed. Pour in mixture and cover with pie shell (again as directed). Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
