CREAMY CHEESE FROSTING 
12 oz. cream cheese (1 1/2 (8 oz.) pkgs.)
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
5 1/2 c. powdered sugar

In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat 12 ounces of cream cheese, softened, 1/2 cup butter, softened, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla until smooth. Gradually beat in 5 1/2 cups powdered sugar until smooth.
