ITALIAN CHEESE MEATLOAF | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1 egg 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. diced cheddar or Swiss cheese 2 tbsp. catsup 2 tbsp. onion soup mix 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Combine all ingredients and put in a loaf baking dish or 2 quart casserole. Cook on medium heat for 12 to 14 minutes. Makes 4 servings. For larger meatloaf, double recipe and for 20 to 22 minutes. If not browned enough, place under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes or until browned. |
