1/3 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. chives
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/8 tsp. Tabasco
4 or 5 med. potatoes, peeled

In small bowl combine butter, lemon juice, garlic, chives, lemon peel and Tabasco. Mix well. Cut deep slits in potatoes 1/4 inches, being careful not to cut through the potato. Brush each potato with butter mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 1 hour. Brushing with butter mixture very 10 to 15 minutes.
