LEMON BAKED POTATOES 
3 med. baking potatoes
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Line 13 x 9 inch pan with foil. Slice each potato into lengthwise quarters. Pierce with fork. Mix butter, Parmesan cheese, onion salt and lemon juice. Dip each slice of potato into lemon mixture and place in baking pan. Place in oven and bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
