LEMON BAKED POTATOES 
3 med. baking potatoes
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Cut potatoes lengthwise in quarters. Pierce each quarter several times with fork. In shallow bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Dip each potato in mixture, coating well. Place in foil lined 13 x 9 inch dish. Spoon any remaining coating over potatoes and bake in 425 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes until tender and lightly browned.
