ITALIAN MEATLOAF | |
2 lbs. pork sausage 2 beaten eggs 1/2 c. milk 3/4 c. crushed crackers 4 tsp. catsup 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. basil leaves (crushed) Combine all ingredients but catsup; mix well. Make 3 individual loaves; top with catsup. Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese and basil on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
