SHERRIED BEEF 
3 lbs. beef round or sirloin steak, trimmed of fat and cut into bite size
pieces
2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. sherry wine
2 cans (3 oz. each) sliced mushrooms, drained or 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Cooked rice or noodles

Combine beef, undiluted, and dry soups, wine and mushrooms. (Do not brown beef.)

Bake, covered, in oven preheated to 300 degrees about 3 1/2 hours. Serve over noodles or rice. Makes 8 servings.
