WALNUT RICE ROAST | |
1 c. cooked rice 1 c. toasted bread crumbs 1 c. soy milk 3/4 c. chopped walnuts 1/2 c. finely chopped carrots 1 c. finely chopped onions 3 tbsp. oil 1 egg (substitute) 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. chopped parsley Dash of sage Combine all ingredients and bake in oiled loaf pan approximately 40-50 minutes in medium oven (350 degrees). |
