2 sticks butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. plus 5 tbsp. plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon or orange flavoring
1 c. coconut

Blend all together slowly and bake at 300°F for 1 hour and 35 minutes in tube pan.
