HONEY BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. All Bran
1 c. whole wheat flour or regular flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. honey
1 1/2 c. skim milk

Stir together the Bran, milk, and honey. Ignore for a few minutes. Stir dry ingredients together. Add to Bran. Add raisins or dates, if desired, and mix; just mix. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 12 muffins (regular size). Good for diabetics.
