MOUTH-WATERING ROAST | |
Eye of round roast Lemon-pepper Soy sauce Worcestershire sauce Coat roast in lemon pepper. Marinate overnight in mixture of soy and Worcestershire sauce. Make a wrap packet from heavy duty foil to marinate roast in; turn occasionally. Bake eye of round roast, uncovered, (foil-open), at 500 degrees for 5 minutes per pound in closed oven. Cut oven off and let stand for 2 hours in closed oven. This will be medium rare. Increase cook time to 8 minutes per pound if a more cooked meat is desired. |
