2 sticks butter
1 c. water
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar

Boil water, butter and cocoa in sauce pan. In bowl combine flour, sour cream, soda, salt and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add hot liquid and beat well. Pour into greased sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
Walnuts
6 tbsp. milk
1 lb. confectioners sugar

Boil butter, cocoa and milk; add sugar and beat well with spoon until thick. Pour over cake. Serves 8 to 10.
