TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda

Measure flour, sugar and salt into large mixing bowl. In a small pan bring butter, water and cocoa to boil. Take from heat and add immediately to dry ingredients. Mix Add sour cream, eggs and soda. Batter will be thin. Pour into a greased 10x15 pan. Bake for 20 to 25 at 350 degrees

COCOA BUTTERNUT FROSTING:

1 c. nuts
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa

Put milk, butter and cocoa in a pan and bring to a boil. Mix in nuts, sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
