TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream

ICING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Do not use mixer. Bring to boil 2 sticks butter and 1 cup water. Mix together and add to first mixture 2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 4 tablespoons cocoa and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Add 2 beaten eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 cup sour cream. Pour onto greased and floured 11 x 18 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Spread icing over warm cake. Heat until butter melts 1 stick butter, 6 tablespoons milk and 4 tablespoons cocoa. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 box powdered sugar and 1/2 cup peanut butter.
