TEXAS SHEET CAKE WITH FROSTING 
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. nuts, crushed or chopped

Boil butter, water and cocoa. Remove from heat and add flour, sugar, soda, sour cream and salt. Add eggs and nuts last.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring butter, cocoa and milk to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Frost cake as soon as taken from oven, cool and cut into squares. Use large cookie sheet with sides (12"x18"). Bake 22 minutes. Yield: 40 squares.
